The Gralhof is tradition and zeitgeist at the same time; it stands for the true harmony between nature, farming and people that can be felt here.
The Knaller-Gral family has cultivated and stewarded the 80 hectare-estate of meadows and forest at the lakeshore of Weissensee for more than 500 years. This stable background combined with continuous business innovations conveys a feeling of calm and comfort. Both the people who live at the Gralhof and those who stay there as guests feel at home and as if they’ve finally “arrived“.
Being one of Carinthia’s first organic farms, the Gralhof became a member of the Climate Alliance three years ago and, since spring 2007, can now proudly call itself a “Biohotel“.
Since early 2009, all power outlets in and around the Gralhof are supplied with green electricity by Alpe Adria Energie, AAE-Naturstrom.
The entire family has always decided and planned the road ahead together as a team.
Today, Michael Knaller manages the Gralhof with great enthusiasm together with his family and dedicated employees and really enjoys it.
